Expressions of Interest Closing 8th April at 6pm (Unless Sold Prior)
Yesterday’s period beauty and today's architectural easy living come together in the location of a lifetime. An original Californian Bungalow built in the 1920’s for the Lord Mayor of Sandringham is just a step away from the Tjilatjirrin Reserve.
Fully renovated, this single-level three bedroom, two bathroom home showcases a Clive Champion kitchen with Miele appliances, sitting-room, seperate study/4th bedroom, a window-wrapped family zone, and an entertaining rear yard with decking and paved sunken garden shining in all-day North sun.
Architectural by design against a backdrop of spacious period proportions and gracious features, high ceilings, wide-board American Oak flooring to the hall and open plan living areas, bathroom and ensuite each with a version of boldly graphic floor-tiles, and seamless Corian-topped vanities.
Hydronic heating to every room with air conditioning to the living and dining area. The security of a Bosch alarm system and a video intercom to auto gates. There are three auto-gated car spaces set amongst the sophisticated silver birch forest landscape of the front yard. A new Colorbond insulated roof complete with a 9.84kW solar system. A large temperature controlled attic storage is accessed by an installed ladder.
This outstanding home is only steps away from the playground and ovals of the Tjilatjirrin Reserve, is between the Sandbelt golf courses and the Golden Triangle clifftop which is just 850m direct down Edward St to the path to the sand. Only minutes to Black Rock’s beachfront bars and cafes and Sandringham station close by.
