36 Eades Place, West Melbourne

Briming in city-edge energy, a spectacular transformation has turned this c1884 Victorian terrace into an architectural masterpiece spread over four levels. Soak up the panoramic city vista with friends from the fabulous rooftop terrace or entertain inside where a cutting-edge lighting design provides a seductive backdrop to the lower-level retreat fitted with a wet bar. The rich ambience of exposed brick walls adds warmth to the living/dining room, extending into the kitchen where everyone will gather around the stone island while admiring the vivid graffiti laneway splashback. A moody palette defines both the ensuite and the bathroom where floor-to-ceiling tiling complements the free-standing tub and the vogue twin vanity.
