From the moment you open the front gate, the home immediately draws you in. A leafy north-east facing front courtyard, bathed in beautiful morning sunshine, creates a private and welcoming entrance and offers the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Thanks to its prized corner position and east/north-facing aspect, natural light is one of the home's defining features. North-facing windows capture sunshine throughout the day, creating an incredible sense of light and space rarely found in a traditional inner-city terrace. Step inside and timber flooring flows through the open-plan living, kitchen and dining spaces, seamlessly combining the character of the original home with the comfort and convenience of modern living. Also located on the ground floor is a bathroom and separate laundry, adding everyday practicality. The living spaces extend effortlessly to the private rear courtyard, ideal for entertaining while also offering the flexibility to be utilised as secure off-street parking. A second outdoor toilet accessed from the courtyard provides additional convenience. Upstairs, the second level comprises three spacious, light-filled bedrooms and an updated bathroom. Two bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes, while the main bedroom opens onto its own private balcony. Occupying the top level is an impressive fourth bedroom or additional living space, where elevated views towards the Sydney city skyline provide a spectacular finishing touch. Fully renovated approximately 15 years ago and lovingly maintained since, the home is move-in ready while retaining the warmth, character and history that make terraces of this era so special.
