633 Beechmont Road, LOWER BEECHMONT, QLD 4211

Setting the scene with a cute and cosy timber mountain home equipped with combustion fireplace, wooden floor boards and a great size rear balcony part undercover. The outlook is surreal with a mix of lush vegetation and typical Australian bushland with native tree species galore. The home itself is cute and yes this word generally means not a large home but it has been well looked after from its current owners who have loved living here over the past couple of years. A great size kitchen with sperate dining and the living space has two glass doors opening out to the balcony. The primary bedroom is away from the two other bedrooms and has a generous size wardrobe and is located right next to the main bathroom with separate toilet to make practicality just work! Parking for approx three cars or two larger cars and then take your pick on your route down as there are two sets of stairs or entrances down to the front door! Great potential on a property like this with so much going for it but a very sturdy property with a recent building and pest report with no major issues just some cosmetic make up required. Awesome property to kick off with or a good downsize home living up on the mountain amongst a beautiful community and not far from the coast. Nerang only 15 minutes away, Broadbeach approx 35 minutes. There is a General Store a short walk away and the local pub/cafe located next to that. Dont delay this home will sell quickly at this price! • Three bedroom/one bathroom with separate toilet and close by to the primary bedroom • Separate living/dining area with beautiful wooden floor boards and combustion fireplace • Two sliding doors out to large balcony off living area - half undercover!
