1 Castlereagh Court

Yes, it may need some TLC but you can get 3 incomes or live in the 4 bedroom house and get 2 incomes from the flats, $260 and $300 per week. The house has 4 bedrooms, all with built ins and the main having a nursery off. With a separate shower room, bathroom and two toilets, it could be very comfortable. There are beautiful bush and mountain views and both the big lounge and open plan dining have sliding doors to a beautiful wide private deck. Wood heating and electric heating make it comfortable year-round. The one bedroom fully separate flat was purpose built for a granny flat and features easy level access with parking at the front door. The other flat is a huge room with a bedroom off and could be refurbished as a fantastic rumpus room for the house. The grounds are private with a great gazebo and has access to the reserve at the rear, which is like a big communal playground. There is a lockup garage/workshop as well! This property presents a great opportunity for someone with imagination and a bit of energy to get it back to its former glory. Lovely quiet position, a fantastic income stream, a great property to add to your super. Don’t be slow, beat the rush for this one! Contact Neville today for a private inspection.
