22 Macqueen Avenue, Korumburra, VIC 3950

Ideally set in a central location within walking distance to all that Korumburra has to offer, this tired old home sits on a large 720m2 block and is ready and waiting for a new lease on life. If you’ve been looking for your next project or an ideal subdivision site with development potential (STCA), this is well worth your consideration. The original two bedroom weatherboard residence is in need of renovations to bring it back to it’s former glory. A functional floorplan offers a large lounge with fireplace, two good sized bedrooms and a central family bathroom with shower over bath. The kitchen has an electric upright stove and floor to ceiling cabinetry. The large backyard is a blank canvas and has the added bonus of rear laneway access and wide access down the side. There is no hiding the fact that this is a big project and is definitely not one for the inexperienced renovator, however for those who are brave enough to roll up their sleeves, this is a great opportunity to build equity and you’ll have a lovely little home when you’re finished.
