A Turnkey Opportunity in Karrinyup Shopping Centre
An exciting opportunity to acquire Rawberry Karrinyup, a health and wellness food business positioned within one of Perth's premier shopping centres.
Rawberry offers a vibrant range of acai bowls, smoothies, cold-pressed juices, matcha, cold-brew coffee, vegan soft serve and house-made raw treats, catering to the growing demand for fresh, convenient and health-focused food and beverage options.
The Rawberry brand is owned outright, providing the incoming owner with an established identity and operating platform without franchise fees, licence fees or ongoing royalties. The sale includes the brand, recipes and operating specifications, together with the existing fit out, plant and equipment and digital assets.
Located within Karrinyup Shopping Centre, the kiosk is positioned close to major retailers including H&M and David Jones, within the centre's fashion precinct and high-traffic retail environment.
The business has achieved an impressive 79.5% gross margin - its strongest in business history, following menu and pricing improvements completed during FY2026. Since June 2026, Karrinyup has also been the sole operating focus following the exit from a second kiosk.
