SEPARATE TITLE TOWNHOUSE sited on a 350 sqm block.
Originally built in 1972 as a 2 storey 4 bedroom townhouse but was converted to a
3 bedroom 2 storey townhouse with a 1 bedroom ground level flatette.
Both open into a grassed garden courtyard which backs onto a reserve.
They are separately metered however there has been no approval for the separation.
Please see the floor plan attached to get a better idea as to what has taken place.
The 3 bedroom 2 storey townhouse is currently vacant and the bathroom and toilet have been renovated.
The 1 bedroom flatette is currently rented till Sept 2021 at $340 pw.
Definitely potential to increase the rental return.
There is a free standing single brick carport.
Very handy to the Canberra Hospital, local shops, schools and Woden.
