Architects TW have designed a unique mid-century modern townhouse development. Each townhouse includes a basement with ample parking, a media room, gym, and wine cellar. The ground floor features a master bedroom, while the first floor offers bedrooms with ensuites.
Rooftop terraces provide additional entertaining space, anticipated to capture bay views. The rear yards of both townhouses offer a fabulous BBQ/entertaining area with stairs leading to pools and play areas. The clever use of the site’s natural fall eliminates the need for typical pool fencing, creating intentional and safe spaces.
Interiors have been expertly crafted by Adele interior architects, ensuring stylish and functional living spaces. Landscaping, designed by Dave Franklin from The Block, enhances the outdoor areas, making them both beautiful and practical.
The Beaumaris secondary school zoned land spans 785m² and features a north-facing backyard.
