Amazing and picturesque 132 acres (53.7ha) of gently undulating, highly usable land, featuring majestic mature Blue Gums and Spotted Gums, complemented by a lush coastal rainforest creek winding through the rear of the property.
The majority of the land is zoned White, allowing extensive flexibility to clear vegetation as desired-ideal for establishing cattle or livestock paddocks, creating horse trails, or developing tracks for weekend adventure pursuits. The choice is truly yours.
Set well into the block and overlooking one of three dams, the property includes a council-approved 9m x 6m x 3m high open shed on a concrete slab, complete with a two-bay undercover carport. The current vendors have two caravans set up for permanent living, which may be available by negotiation.
The site is fully powered, offering a significant cost saving, and is serviced by a newly installed Enviro Toilet. Recently completed access provides 2WD entry to the main site, enhancing everyday usability.
Two beautifully selected house sites have been identified, both elevated and offering sweeping views across the property, each accessible via 2WD. The remainder of the property is traversable year-round by 4WD, ensuring access in all seasons.
This exceptional holding presents a rare opportunity to secure a substantial, versatile rural lifestyle property with infrastructure already in place and endless potential.
