Armidale 'Satinvale' Tobruk Road

An exceptional opportunity for development of lifestyle blocks, 5+ acre presents itself with the offering for sale of the remaining land holding of 'Satinvale'. The current estate holds beautifully designed new homes on 5-7 acre parcels with underground power. Formerly approved through Uralla Shire Council, Development Application for another 2 stages holding 20 blocks in each could be used or potentially reconfigured. The land comprised of approximately 108 hectares is currently vacant with some moderate to heavy timber over some portions and being used for basic grazing. Timber includes mostly stringy bark with some yellow box and gum. The block is being sold as a single title and parcel allowing the new owner to proceed with their own development opportunity or use the block for other purposes with the possibilities including carbon offsets.
