Behind electric gates at the end of a quiet no-through street in Woodwark, 29 Acacia Grove is a private 4,003m² tropical estate with two fully approved homes. The owners say every day here feels like a holiday. It's peaceful and quiet, full of birdlife and surrounded by palms and gardens, yet only minutes from town and shops.
The main residence has three extra-large bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional powder room. Two of the bedrooms are master suites, each with a walk-in robe, and one opens directly to the pool terrace. Each bathroom opens to its own private courtyard with an outdoor shower and bath, so you can bathe under the palms any day of the year.
The immaculately kept home is packed with features, including high ceilings, Calacatta stone benchtops and a Zip tap with filtered hot, cold and sparkling water. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area opens straight onto a wraparound covered patio. The kitchen is full of clever hidden features, with surprises behind every door designed for ease and practicality. There's also a double cooking station with Gaggenau, Bosch and Neff appliances, perfect for keen cooks and effortless entertaining.
Outside, the concrete saltwater pool is heated and cooled by a 26kW Madimack system and has in-water seating on the splash deck, perfect for young kids or relaxing with a drink while cooling down. It sits next to an outdoor kitchen and bar with a pizza oven, a BBQ and built-in bar fridges. A built-in fire pit lounge with festoon lighting is set in the middle of the gardens, a place for evening drinks, a book or a cosy night by the fire.
The second home is fully self-contained, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a dining and lounge area. One bathroom is a bathing room with a freestanding tub that looks out to the garden. Next to the home, a standalone studio works well as a home office, gym, games room or extra bedroom. This setup suits multi-generational living, large families, long-stay guests, working from home or a potential income stream.
