43 Loch Street, West End QLD 4101

Centrally located on the city side of Dornoch Terrace, this freehold townhouse is one of two in the complex. With no Body Corporate fees, this residence provides a perfect entry level home in Brisbane State High School catchment. The property has just been refreshed with painting inside and out, polishing of timber floors downstairs and the addition of stylish new carpets upstairs. Boasting two living areas, plus a spacious kitchen and laundry plus toiliet on the lower level, the garage is accessed via an internal door. The living areas flow out onto a good sized rear deck via double sliding glass doors. Side stairs lead down to the fenced back garden with washing line. A small front yard, bordered by a hedge at the front, and plantings of palm and agave, create a private green space out front. The pathways are exposed aggregate. The garage has a remote control door. Inside, the U shaped kitchen has plenty of bench and storage space, a stainless dishwasher and oven, plus gas stove. Timber steps dividing the living areas lead upstairs to three bedrooms. The master suite at the front of the townhouse has its own balcony overlooking the garden and street beyond. Its ensuite has a bath over shower, vanity and toilet. There is a walk-in wardrobe with both hanging space and plenty of shelving. The main bathroom on this level also has a bath over shower, vanity and toilet. The second and third bedrooms look out onto the leafy rear garden, and both have built-in cupboards. There is a linen cupboard on this level and huge under stair storage as well. The townhouse has security screens throughout, for extra peace of mind, and brand new blinds provide privacy. Airconditioning is installed in the lounge downstairs, the master upstairs and the second bedroom, ensuring full coverage of all spaces. There are ceiling fans in all three bedrooms. Located in a quiet street close so close to West End and South Bank's dining, shopping and arts precincts, this townhouse offers great lifestyle positioning for its occupants. Great schools and universities are located nearby, and Brisbane CBD is 10 minutes away. The towhouse is located within both West End State School and Brisbane State High School catchments. We do not expect an entry level home of this calibre to last long in market. Do not delay your inspection. We look forward to meeting you and answering any questions you may have in the meantime.
