10 Granville Street, West End QLD 4101

Located in a quiet street in central West End, this cottage is as close as it gets to the best high street shopping, dining and entertainment in Brisbane's cultural epicentre of 4101. Positioned forward on its 271 sqm block, the three bedroom, one bathroom house boasts a generous back yard and off street parking for at least two cars. With its prime position in the heart of dynamic West End, the house is also close walking distance to leading local West End State School and Brisbane State High School. Arrive into the front entry foyer sunroom, kick off your shoes and enter the cosy central living / lounge area. Off to the side are three bedrooms, two of which are interconnected for extra peace of mind with young children. Head down the central hallway into the stylish spacious timber panelled kitchen at the rear. The bathroom with bath is located off to the left. Down the back steps, the garden provides plenty of space for children and pets to run around and play. A carport is located in the corner and there is plenty of storage beneath the house. West End is known for its hip shopping, dining, markets and arts scene. Locals love the new West Village precinct as well as the nearby South Bank Parklands, Cultural Centre and Performing Arts precincts. Universities and colleges are located close by at South Bank, and QUT at Gardens Point and University of Queensland are both just across the Brisbane River, accessible by CityCat and walking bridge. We do not expect a fabulous cottage of this calibre in this tightly held community to last long in market so do not delay your inspection. We look forward to seeing you at our next open home and to answering any questions you may have in the meantime.
