29 Jodrell Street, Webb QLD 4860

Ahoy there, captain! Pull up your vessel on your very own floating jetty right in your backyard. The owners have had a 56-footer on this pontoon. You could live on your boat on your own jetty and rent out the residential component of the property. Capacity for possibly three different tenant groups. A short steam to the mouth of the Johnstone River brings you to one of the Eastern Seaboard's closest access points to the Great Barrier Reef. It is just a nip across the bays to the Barnard Island Group, where you can stay overnight and snorkel and fish. Dunk Island and Bedarra Island are just a bit further on. This is the backyard to some of the world's best fishing and diving. This property consists of two titles of land which total 2968 sqm (3/4 of an acre). The boundary of the land is actually in the water. It is deep water with a breakwall. This waterfront block has a spectacular waterfront cottage. You would be hard-pressed to find a better riverfront location. Offering a great view of the historic Port Town of Innisfail, the waterfront deck is the ideal place to sit and enjoy sundowns and sundowners. The main house has three bedrooms upstairs and enjoys the river views from the balcony, and has a large open plan living with a modern kitchen. It is fully air-conditioned. Downstairs is a separate two-bedroom self-contained granny flat. Undercover parking for two cars and on a separate title. The investment options are exciting, but not as exciting as the adventures awaiting you on your boat tied up on your back doorstep and at the gateway to the Reef. You wont find better.
