The ‘ANZ Bank Building’ is an iconic, and substantial, quality landmark property built in 1975 by ANZ to their high specifications.
In addition to the ANZ Bank there are two other tenancies with a combined gross rental return of $150,923 per annum plus GST and with all the outgoings including building insurance paid by the tenants. The auction provides a rare opportunity to secure a premier modern commercial holding with a new lease to a National tenant.
On the site of 581m2 the ANZ Bank occupies 375m2 (NLA) being the whole of the ground floor with Reid Street frontage. The two storey building has an internal lift to Suite One of 183m2 on the first floor and stairway access to Suite Two of 88m2. Suite One is designed for optional office or residential occupation. The property has onsite parking with rear lane access from Ovens Street.
