Look through the arched window…
This gorgeous home is the epitome of relaxed family living, sitting, as it does on a large, lush block, nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, but within minutes of all the conveniences required by today's modern family.
In Nesbitt Close you are just a few moments from Newcastle's two premier shopping complexes, small shopping streets in Kotara, Lambton and Blackbutt with their café culture and village vibe, John Hunter Hospital, many sporting and cultural opportunities and, of course, fabulous schools for the kids.
And if it is space you are after, this home offers all you could need, with four bedrooms; casual and formal dining; and multiple living areas - including a downstairs rumpus which is ideal as a teen retreat, play room or media room – and a front verandah and rear alfresco. Timber floors and exposed beams add warmth, arched windows and doors provide a stylistic element that is hugely popular again, two modern bathrooms refresh the home and ceiling fans and air conditioning ensure ease of temperature control.
You will fall in love with this home, this location and with the views of its prolific gardens and beautiful frangipani trees, framed by the stunning and back-on-trend arched windows. There is abundant room for a cubby or perhaps tree-house, a trampoline, a swing set or perhaps even a pool(subject to council approval of course). Take the 15-minute stroll to school with the kids in the morning and go surfing in the afternoon – it is just 13 minutes to Merewether Beach and ocean baths from this divine home. Sip a cool drink on the verandah as the kids ride their bikes in the cul-de-sac and the sun sets over our coastal city and your new home.
