I am a neat and tidy house with views of Mount Warning on an 946m2 block only 250 metres from the Queensland border. I have some issues: non compliant rails on decks, retaining walls no longer being supported and some of the supports under the house no longer doing their job properly to say the least. All things considered I would like a tradie or someone handy to help me so I could be a good home again!
