Set on an approx. 1,032m² corner allotment, 2 Gourley Street presents the kind of opportunity buyers are always looking for — a flat, usable block in a convenient Tully location, with town services available and a picturesque outlook towards Mount Tyson. With two street frontages and easy access, this is a parcel that gives you real flexibility when it comes to home design, shed placement, access, parking or future improvement.
For buyers wanting a straightforward site to build on, the appeal here is simple: the hard part is finding a block that combines position, practicality and outlook in one neat package. This block is close to town, easy to work with, and offers the sort of everyday convenience that makes it equally appealing for a dream home, downsizer build or investment project. In a market where many available land parcels are larger or more lifestyle-based holdings, a serviced in-town block like this stands out for its simplicity and usability.
The lifestyle on offer only adds to the value. Tully State School, Tully State High School, St Clare’s School and Tully Hospital are all within town, while Mission Beach is around 28–33km away and Innisfail approximately 52km away by road. Beyond the day-to-day essentials, you also have easy access to the wider Cassowary Coast lifestyle — with Tully Gorge National Park, Dunk Island day-trip access from Mission Beach, and regional boating access via South Mission Beach, Hull Heads and Tully Heads all helping make this an attractive base for buyers who enjoy fishing, boating, the beach and the rainforest.
