Koya, Toowong, QLD

Now under construction and scheduled for completion in March 2027, Koya is an exclusive collection of just 40 one, two and three-bedroom residences at 6 Josling Street, Toowong. Developed by Lantona and constructed by Brisbane Builders, Koya combines the tranquillity of a leafy residential neighbourhood with the convenience of inner-city living. The project’s low-rise, five-level design offers greater privacy and a more intimate living environment than a typical high-density apartment development. Inspired by the calm simplicity of Japandi design, each residence features carefully considered layouts, natural materials, generous living spaces and seamless connections to private balconies or terraces. Selected residences also enjoy elevated city and surrounding district views. Residents will have access to beautifully designed rooftop amenities, including a swimming pool, entertaining and barbecue areas, providing an ideal setting to relax or entertain while enjoying views towards the Brisbane skyline. One of Koya’s strongest advantages is its location. The address is currently positioned within the highly regarded Indooroopilly State High School catchment and is also close to Toowong State School, Brisbane Boys’ College, St Ignatius School and The University of Queensland. Toowong Village, cafés, restaurants, train and bus services, the Brisbane River and Bicentennial Bikeway are all within easy reach, while Brisbane CBD is approximately five kilometres away.
