They don't come up too often but they are certainly worth a look. This unit has a peaceful position , very high raked ceilings creating a 'sense of space', a very reasonably sized kitchen and good storage, plus a single lockup garage and cute courtyard. Ideal for a couple, a retiree or, alternatively, this would make for a nifty holiday pad. Very close to all of Tomakin's amenities.
