11a Winter Street, Tinonee NSW 2430

The village of Tinonee sits high above the Manning River just 11km from Taree and is home to this delightful country cottage. The freshly painted timber exterior and polished timber floors create a welcoming country atmosphere from the time you first see the home to when you enter. The separate lounge/dining room combines perfectly with the country-style kitchen, with both opening to separate covered verandahs so you can enjoy the views of the countryside. The private setting is courtesy of a large lot with an area of 1,017sqm with a pleasant north east aspect. The 3 bedrooms are bright and comfortable, and there is also a smaller sitting room or study. All complemented by a central bathroom. The property includes an attached carport and there is ample room for more vehicles or the construction of a garage (subject to council approval) in the generous grounds. This wonderful opportunity won't last so we recommend your early enquiry or view at a programmed open house.
