A successful B&B in the past, the property is now a private home and offers:
• 3 spacious bedrooms, (2 with ensuite bathrooms)
• New 'country-style' kitchen with gas cooking and dishwasher
• 2 separate living rooms and dining room
• French doors opening to the wide, covered verandahs which overlook the private gardens
• Spacious attic rooms – idea for office/study or extra bedrooms
• 4 bathrooms
• Ducted air conditioning to all rooms
• Solar panels and solar HWS
In excellent condition, 'Green Gables' exudes the charm and beauty of another century but with the comforts and convenience of modern amenities.
Attractive cottage-style gardens and orchard produces fresh fruit and vegetables and there is ample room for chooks and other animals. The large, separate shed offers double car accommodation as well as storage and workshop space.
A wonderful lifestyle, in the centre of tiny Tilba Tilba. This is an idyllic place to live in one of the prettiest places on the coast – 10 minutes to beaches, 15 minutes to Narooma and Bermagui.
