This one is not to be missed. There is a beautiful characteristic three bedroom house with a lovely undercover enclosed verandah. Add to that the large yard, chicken coop, workshop, shed, carport, and swimming pool, and you have a lovely family home. But wait, then on the other side of the fence is the one bedroom unit with kitchen and bathroom which creates a rental income of $200/week. Or let the lease run out and use the unit for a granny flat. Should you need a good investment, this entire property can generate an income of $630-$650/week.
