Arthurs' is located approximately 12km West from Tenterfield in the Sunnyside area and comprises 117.2ha (289.6ac) approx. on 1 freehold title.
Topography is level to undulating country easily traversed by four-wheel drive. Height above sea level ranges from 790 to 800 metres. The whole of the area consists of granite soils.
