There are three more very spacious separate areas downstairs, including living /office space with bathroom , a garage area and a mechanics workshop fitted with hoist and benches. The holiday accommodation cottage is very close to the beach and comes fully fitted out with both a heat pump and wood heater, and is currently been run as Airbnb.
A formed gravel road meanders through the property to each building, first passing by a large dam, whilst the gradual rise of the land delivers continuous views of the Bays and beyond. An added bonus, the property comes with its own mooring in the bay.
