Luxury Funk is the best way I can describe this very cool but classic custom home. There are some quirky yet practical aspects to this home that had us nodding our heads in approval the whole time we toured this residence.
A few aspect of the home that are "stand out" and had us very excited;
1. Loft Master Retreat - Every square centimetre is so cleverly used, you really have to see it to appreciate just how well thought out it is. The owners admit it is one of the areas of their home they will miss the most.
2. Granny Flat - Huge and under the main roof, this flat has living, dining/kitchenette, massive bedroom with walk-through wardrobe and 5 star bathroom complete with free standing bath, double vanity and bidet.
