Lot 5 Rieschieck Close, TANUNDA, SA 5352

Time to exhale, stretch and settle in to enjoy a view? Embrace a change and design a new lifestyle with our oversized allotments, the real deal for your expansive forever home at Tanunda. Allestone is ideally located within walking distance to the township of Tanunda with all allotments enjoying breathtaking views over iconic vineyards and up to Mengler's Hill and the Barossa Range's where your future view of the Barossa can't be built out by residential land estates. These allotment sizes are extremely rare for Tanunda and the Barossa with most being oversized at 1135m2-1400m2 leaving room for that pool, perfect shed or just that envied oversized backyard. Not only is Allestone a short walk to the Tanunda main street but an even shorter walk to the REX Aquatic and Fitness Centre, Barossa Bowl, Tanunda Primary School and Faith Lutheran College. The Barossa lifestyle is also truly on show with Chateau Tanunda, Artisans, and Turkey Flat to name just a few all within just 2-3km of your new home. You will enjoy your own choice of builder and plenty of time to build.
