25 Acres. Established Farm. Extraordinary Possibilities.
Some properties give you space.
This one gives you an established farm, a rural lifestyle, space and the opportunity to create something remarkable.
Welcome to 1207 Tanby Road, Tanby—approximately 25 acres of productive land featuring an established dragon fruit operation, versatile accommodation and genuine room to grow.
Approximately 3,000 established dragon fruit plants form the centrepiece of the property, complemented by 80 metres of passionfruit vines, banana, mango, lychee and citrus trees.
Two dams, pumps and existing irrigation infrastructure help support the operation, while established wholesale and farm gate sales channels provide a foundation for its next chapter.
Two Accommodation Options:
The property currently provides two separate accommodation options.
The principal shed measures approximately 18.75m × 8m and incorporates two-bedroom living quarters, storage space, a mezzanine and an adjoining patio and double carport.
A separate two-bedroom residence provides additional accommodation for extended family, farm workers, guests or on-site management.
For buyers with an even bigger vision, an elevated potential homesite may provide an exceptional setting for a future residence capturing rural and mountain views (STCA).
And here’s where the opportunity gets exciting.
With only approximately 20% of the property presently planted, considerable land remains available to expand production, introduce alternative crops, recommission the greenhouses, return livestock to the fenced paddock or explore an entirely new rural enterprise.
