- The gas heater in the lounge is not warranted by the seller.
- The old reverse cycle split air conditioner in the lounge is not warranted by the seller to be in full working order. This has been superseded by the ducted evaporative air conditioning unit.
- the marketing photos were taken prior to the current tenants occupancy and may not be an exact reflection of the current condition of the property.
