15-17 Lackey Street

Offered for the first time in decades, this substantial two-storey, mixed-use warehouse presents a rare and compelling opportunity in a tightly held residential street. Built circa 1910 and set on a 270sqm parcel, it offers vast internal volumes, flexible mixed-use potential and outstanding scope for transformation. With R2 zoning, rear lane potential and neighbouring conversions setting strong precedent, it invites a range of future pathways including redevelopment, conversion to a striking single residence, or adaptive re-use as a mixed-use asset (subject to approvals). A true blank canvas of scale, character and possibility.
