Teatree Cottage is situated on the highly sought after lower bluff of St Leonards and is positioned off street at the back of the property facing north, offering sunny winters and shaded summers. The sensory garden attracts bird life and butterflies and provides privacy and protection from any dust off the quaint gravel road that only services the residents of Monaco Avenue.
Approaching its fourth year the garden is established and is filled with young plants that are yet to reach their full potential. Two separate gates onto the property provide space to park two cars and a camper trailer/caravans or boats. The light filled home has cathedral ceilings creating a feeling of expanse, two double bedrooms with doors leading out to the garden, two bathrooms, a study with NBN connection, an open plan living area looking out to the garden, with wood fire, fans throughout and large SMEG electric oven with gas top.
A separate laundry leads out to the back where there is a small garden shed, a big shed, a tiny greenhouse (only a year old) and a water tank. Allowance has been made for solar PV connection. The studio is linked to the house by a decked walkway and is currently used as an art studio. It has hot and cold running water, a wood fire, panel heater, fan and excellent NBN connection. A simple renovation could divide the studio into two extra bedrooms or create a flatlet or bunk room for the children.
A truly immaculate beach home in one of St Leonards most tightly held pockets.
