22 Clyde Avenue St Leonards VIC

Situated less than 300m to the crystal-blue waters of Port Phillip Bay, this original condition, three-bedroom beach-house offers significant upside potential with an internal make-over. Alternatively, this fabulous corner allotment has fantastic potential for subdivision and redevelopment (STCA). The open-plan kitchen/living/dining area speaks of a by-gone era with timber panelling on the walls and kitchen joinery. The muted neutral tones of the feature finishes are straight out of the 1970's. Despite being dated, these finishes create a warm, comforting feeling - leaving those within the room at ease with their surroundings. The kitchen features a freestanding oven, four-burner gas cook-top and ample bench space. The open-plan living area opens through sliding doors to a fabulous north facing balcony. Taking in sun all day this balcony provides the ideal space to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of the Bellarine's finest. The home features three double bedrooms each with built-in robes. The two upstairs bedrooms are serviced by a smart bathroom and separate toilet on the upper floor, while the downstairs bedroom has easy access to a second bathroom on the downstairs level. Externally the home features expansive front and rear gardens, a single lock-up garage with internal access and drive-through roller-door and a single carport. The mature trees and quiet streets create the ability to hide away in a private oasis-style garden and enjoy the best the day has to offer.
