Wake with the birds, walk to the tram, come home and get lost in the forest beyond your window! Oriented to overlook the lush tall-treed gardens at the heart of this immaculate iconic block, this elevated ground-floor up-scale two bedroom garden apartment offers a unique (and uniquely sizeable) floorplan angled to make the most of light and outlooks with large living-dining stepping northwards to the ’forest’ with a garden-level balcony.
Using grand proportions to great effect with wide halls culminating in a central lobby big enough to fit a study nook, this impressive apartment features queen-sized bedrooms (zoned well-apart to suit share-housing tenants), a classic kitchen with gas-cooker (to make cooks happy), and a glossy polished-porcelain bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC (for a touch of luxe). Serene and substantial, this sizeable apartment is big on extras too, with an inverter air-conditioner, high-end European LVI Thermosoft heaters in every room, a gas wall heater, streamlined robes plus big hall storage, and security intercom entry plus securely auto-gated auto-garaging (with internal access) and visitor parking.
Hidden away from it all, yet so close to everything, this garden-view apartment has Acland St’s cakes, Fitzroy St’s restaurants and Chapel St’s nightlife all within an equally easy walk, the choice of Albert Park or the beach within a jog, and the option of the St Kilda Rd tram or Sandringham-line train for an easy commute.
