Step up to this huge treehouse apartment and live large in style at this famously tree-lined address.
Claiming the flagship first-floor corner position of this modern boutique group, this sunny, super-sized single bedroom apartment is the ultimate in inner city living. With a big bedroom set quietly to the rear beside a generous bathroom, this apartment captures all of the spacious indoor-outdoor living that is typical of a 2 bedroom home.
Ready to entertain with a sleek stone-wrapped dining-bench for the quality appliance kitchen and space for a dining-setting for at least 6, there’s room to lounge in the northern light. There’s even more out in the treetops, with a seamless flow through glass-sliders to a dining-sized balcony.
Styled with an eye to quality with warm Oak floors, cool stone benchtops and solid block-out blinds, it’s all been thought of here! There’s ample storage in tall robes and a discreet European laundry, reverse-cycle heating/air-conditioning, and the security of video-intercom, as well as rare (for the area) basement garage and storage cage.
Live large and find big lifestyle benefits when you step out of this leafy enclave. A walk along Fitzroy St to St Kilda beach or a jog around Albert Park lake, this expansive apartment also has Chapel St within a late-night wander and the CBD within an easy commute from either nearby Windsor station or the St Kilda/Dandenong Rd trams.
