Davies Ave, Springwood

HS Purchase Price: $1,000,000 (Private Treaty) Our clients were looking for their next home for their expanding family. With a recommendation from their broker, they contacted HighSpec Properties as they were looking at a brand new location and required local market expertise to achieve their property ownership dreams. We managed to secure them this great family home with views of the valley and hit their brief perfectly including an oversized lock-up garage. Our clients had this to say " Thanks Kelly and Helen. It's very exciting and we really appreciate all the effort you put in" .
