Built in 1880 this grand residence has withstood the test of time to become one of the areas' most desirable properties. A high end renovation was conducted on the property several years ago, and there is nothing to do other than enjoy the beautiful space and unique features this property offers. From the main entry, 10" planked oak flooring makes a brilliant first impression, adding a sense of luxury that extends the norm. The ground level features 3 bedrooms, a luxury bathroom with free standing bath, and separate powder room. The wide hallway continues out to a spacious family room, kitchenette and built in laundry. This area can be closed off and accessed via a side entry, making it an ideal space for a home business or extended family. To the back of the property, expansive timber decking creates a peaceful private retreat, perfect for relaxing or outdoor entertaining. This area also provides a roomy storage shed and astro turf area for pets. Upstairs, a stunning gourmet kitchen showcases classic French Industrial design, highlighted by a beautiful antique mirrored wall, spacious granite benchtops and butler's pantry. The living area combines a family room, powder room, and dining area looking out to City views. The generous master bedroom is also on this level, and runs across the entire front of the house, creating a private sanctuary with a beautiful ensuite bathroom, separate walk in robes, and views to the City and surrounding area. Two residents' car parks are allocated on street, plus 2 x 4 hour visitors' parks. This sought after location is just 1 km from the CBD, with Brisbane Grammar School, St Joseph's College and an array of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Generous residents and visitors parking is allocated within nearby streets.
