14 Mooga Ave

Located in the river side suburb of Spencer this large residential block is approximately 1916sqm with a gentle slope. The home was under renovation when the neighbouring property caught fire, the home has been substantially damaged. The damage is mainly to the roof area which would require new roof construction and roof iron to one side. The cedar windows and cladding on one side would also need replacing. The home had been striped out and the walls gyprocked (kitchen and bathroom are stripped out). This would make a great project for someone in the building industry. The large size block and rural outlook make this a sought after location. Contact Paul Vella to arrange an inspection - 0418 649294
