16 wild acres in the pristine far south of Tasmania.
There is approximately 1 acre cleared around the home and a walking trail through your very own 15 acres of forest where the wild animals of Tasmania roam, including Devils, Quolls, Bandicoots and possums to name a few. The peace and privacy here is sublime and you will feel you have left the madding world behind yet you are just a short stroll to the local tavern (Australias most southern) where you can grab a cold beer and a feed with the friendly locals. Pristine beaches are all just a 5 minute drive away where great fishing can be had or a stroll on the white sands and a refreshing swim in the oh so clean waters. Other nearby local attractions include the Hastings Caves and thermal pool with Hartz National Park and the amazing Cockle Creek just a short drive away. This really is the pristine far south.
You are just 15 minutes drive to the friendly country township of Dover, 50 minutes to Huonville and just 1hour 20 minutes to Hobart!
