This is simply a big solid brick home on a great big block, in a great neighbourhood on the beach-side of town! Yes, it’s off Crescent Head Road, on the eastern side of the Freeway.
It will only take you a chilled-out 15 minute drive to throw the board in for a surf, and only 5 minutes to get to Kempsey town center or the Freeway access.
This is just one of those homes that is very deceiving from the street and it’s only upon inspection you see and feel the true size and splendour.
It is much, much bigger than first perceived – indeed that rear rumpus room with the adjacent 4th bedroom could easily be converted into a self-contained area for family or guests. Indeed, having three separate family rooms is a stand-out.
But it just might be the green, leafy yard and the bushland backdrop that completes the postcard picture. Sitting out on the alfresco for you morning coffee with the birds and gumtrees is certainly different than living in typical suburbia.

Ideally, the vendors would like to find a buyer that could grant them a little extra time to find their next home (if needed). So, if you are possibly wanting a longer settlement, or would entertain a way that the vendors could stay on after settlement paying rent or a give/take between price and settlement conditions that would be great to hear your needs too – it just might be needed we think.
