7 Robert Street, Somerville

A Home to Love! This ideal property boasts a functional floor plan and is situated in a convenient location close to town and all amenities on (approx) a 712m2 block. Downstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms - one with an ensuite and the open family room with the kitchen, dining and living. If you're after your own oasis, upstairs has everything you need for a perfect escape; the living area flows through to the master bedroom with ensuite. The backyard is perfect for entertaining, with a fire pit and 'man cave', or a home studio - whichever you'd prefer! The lighting relies on a stand alone solar with battery and diesel heating. The water tank supplies the upstairs toilet, as well as the front and back tap. There is a 'master power switch' located at the front door which will turn off all power to the house except 2 PowerPoints where the fridge is - saving power when you're not home! There is also a security alarm system and emergency lighting in the kitchen in the event of a power outage.
