Perched at the pinnacle of the coastline, Burraddo is a true testament to the beauty of its Indigenous surroundings, where every oceanic outlook is framed to perfection, and its private position is relished just metres from South Beach.
A porte cochère delivers a magnificent first impression, offering a glimpse into the dimensional layout within. Ascend the richly toned staircase or lift to the expansive top level, where abundant glazing streams the Hampton’s inspired living and dining areas with sublime sunlight and uninterrupted Westernport views. Engineered floors, panelled timber walls and a gas fireplace framed by bagged brick, infuse clean lines, character and organic warmth.
The adjacent stone kitchen is a culinary dream, designed with soft grey cabinetry, a sprawling island, Fisher & Paykel appliances, dual ovens, and both gas and induction cooktops, ensuring every epicurean endeavour is a joy. Sitting light and airy underneath vaulted ceilings, the fluidity extends outdoors to a broad decked balcony, tailor-made for regular hosting or enjoyment, where sunsets across the water provide a stunning pastel backdrop to evening meals.
The accommodation wing comprises a primary suite with sea views, a walk-in robe, and a luxe ensuite, plus two additional robed bedrooms on a sunken level that share a sleek bathroom and access to the deck and garden. The multigenerational floorplan unveils a self-contained studio with a kitchenette and ensuite, ideal for guests or as a holiday rental or home office, while a separate garden studio provides an alternative space for creative pursuits, collectibles, or as a teenage retreat.
Masterfully appointed with split systems, a comprehensive security system, impressive storage options, four-car carport, circular driveway and established low maintenance gardens, this residence presents a multitude of possibilities as a weekender, holiday rental or a turnkey seaside sanctuary.
Savouring the clean sea air amid the sounds of breaking waves, Burraddo is superbly positioned on 1,324 sqm (approx) within a no-through enclave. A direct beach path invites a short walk along the sand to Somers General Store, with Balnarring Village, schools and the Mornington Peninsula’s finest winery and dining establishments nearby. This rare blend of seclusion and convenience inspires a life well led by the beach, known only to a fortunate few.
