The owners of this immaculately presented Grandview home are being transferred and want this family home sold on or before auction. From the moment you walk in the double door entry with wide decorative foyer you get the feeling of space, class and comfort. Set on a 700m2 block there is plenty of room for the kids to play in as well as room for a pool. The great undercover outdoor area adjoins the spacious living areas and the well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and walk in pantry is ideal for entertaining. With the neutral colour scheme this home will appeal to all types of furniture. The four generous sized bedrooms all have air conditioning and ceiling fans as well as tinted windows and security screens are throughout the home. The master has a large ensuite with spa bath to relax in after a hard day at work. Massive laundry with plenty of cupboards, bench space and room makes even the most tedious of jobs a breeze. With one of the many parks and lakes that Sippy Downs is noted for just around the corner as well as walkways and bus service this home has just too many features and benefits to list. An added bonus of shops, schools and University are all within easy reach. Only an inspection will give you a full appreciation of what this home has to offer.
