If you’re a first home buyer wanting to get into the market or looking for a home to live in while you improve it then this could be just the place. It is a very sound western red cedar home of some 14 squares with all rooms well proportioned. Concrete stumps, a new steel roof and guttering. Spacious kitchen with gas cooking, “L” shaped lounge dining with double glass doors opening to your own private entertaining deck with an outlook over the 979 sq.mtr block to the National Park. There are three large bedrooms, separate shower, bath, laundry and toilet all kept warm by ducted gas heating. Huge storage or potential workshop under the house provides good head room. Yes it is a sloping block but there is a concrete driveway that leads down to ample parking space. The best surprise is the cute tree fern lined babbling creek at the bottom of the fairy garden. It’s priced right so don’t delay your inspection.
