Set across approximately 8.9 acres, this thoughtfully developed property presents an opportunity to embrace country living, enjoy greater independence and create a home that can adapt to changing family needs. With extensive improvements completed over the past three years, much of the hard work has already been done, allowing you to move in and enjoy the lifestyle from day one.
A modern home with flexible living
Completed in January 2026, the three-bedroom main residence offers one main bathroom and an ensuite, with an innovative layout designed to accommodate a range of living arrangements.
The home incorporates two self-contained apartments connected by a lockable central door. This allows the property to function as two independent living spaces or open up to operate as one fully functional residence.
Ideal for multigenerational families, the flexible configuration provides options for extended family, adult children or ageing parents to live close together while maintaining their own space and independence.
A productive landscape, already taking shape
Thoughtfully developed to bring together productive planting and a connection to nature, the gardens provide a wonderful foundation for growing food, exploring regenerative gardening and enjoying a more self-reliant lifestyle.
With substantial planting and groundwork already completed, you can enjoy the evolving landscape while continuing to shape it to your own interests and aspirations.
Space for animals, hobbies and outdoor living
The grounds are home to a small collection of farm animals, including alpacas miniature sheep, goats and hens, adding to the property’s rural character.
Extensive improvements completed over the past three years mean the major groundwork is already in place, providing a practical foundation for rural living without having to start from scratch.
Infrastructure and improvements include:
– More than 40 varieties of fruit trees and a horticulturist-designed food forest.
– Native raised garden beds designed by a qualified horticulturist.
– Five large water storage tanks.
– Extensive new ring-lock and stringline fencing.
– Four large, newly constructed animal and horse shelters.
– A dedicated caravan and ensuite area, plumbed into the septic system and complemented by a large protective carport shelter.
– Extensive underground plumbing and electrical infrastructure.
Additional accommodation and possibilities
Complementing the main residence is a beautiful Hamptons-style cabin completed in January 2025. Its one-bedroom studio-style layout includes a bathroom, laundry and kitchenette, creating a comfortable, self-contained space overlooking a pond, valley and surrounding rural landscape.
The property also includes an intimate tiny-house retreat and a self-contained king suite alongside a double garage.
These additional spaces offer flexibility for visiting family and friends, independent accommodation or potential short-stay use, subject to applicable approvals.
Combining a modern residence, flexible multigenerational living, an established productive landscape, animal infrastructure and extensive completed improvements, this is an opportunity to enjoy the rewards of a thoughtfully developed rural property without taking on years of initial construction and groundwork.
The foundations are here: the home, the gardens, the food forest, the fencing, the water storage and the animal shelters. You can settle in, enjoy the surroundings and continue developing the lifestyle in whichever direction suits you.
Whether you’re looking for a family home with room to grow, a lifestyle change with greater connection to the land, or space to pursue your own interests and projects, this distinctive Central Gippsland property offers a compelling opportunity.
