Hidden behind tall fencing on a 725m2 (approx) block in a quiet residential enclave within paces of the local shopping strip and the beach, this 3 bedroom renovator is brimming with potential to restore to its former seaside glory or redevelop into contemporary townhouses (STCA).
Transporting you back to the 1970s with its thick shag carpeting and kitsch wallpaper, the brick-veneer home flaunts excellent bones for an exciting modern refurbishment offering an open-concept living area adjoining an original kitchen with gas stove through saloon doors, while the full family bathroom with shower, tub and 2-way toilet through the laundry will come up a treat with a glamorous update.
With timber floorboards waiting to be restored beneath the carpet, the classic design places 3 bedrooms down the hall, with a luminous master bedroom with bay window already stripped down to the timber boards to hint at the potential throughout.
Directly adjacent the Kananook Creek Reserve with the beach just beyond, the residence sits among pretty floral gardens within walking distance to Crackerjack Beachfront Bistro, the Riviera Hotel, Seaford North Primary, Patterson River Secondary and Carrum train station.
