Dear Future Owner - Providing us with 20 years of happiness, peace, and love as current owners, we wanted to share with you what we fell in love with and still appreciate daily. As we found our home for the first time, we were immediately impressed by the beautiful quiet location with parkland at the end of the street, and seeing koalas and wallabies on our front lawn soon after moving in, we knew we were staying for a long time.
Seasonally perfect all year round, we love spending time in the shade of our large covered entertainment areas whilst watching the kids run around the fenced beautifully maintained backyard with several fruit trees and a passionfruit vine.
We treasure the unforgettable gatherings with friends in either of our front or rear entertainment area and botanical garden, sharing stories & jokes whilst having a BBQ. Our friends, family & neighbours will all have a story to tell from our home which we think is priceless.
We have appreciated the charm and character that we believe sets our home apart from others, and have refurbished most of the home since we have been here so we hope you will love the presentation as much as we do. We also have the added feature of side access to a double lock up garage and water tanks to service the yard.
