So we've had the budget, and you might be wondering what the best thing to do is; well, here is a great opportunity for those with a bit of vision. At present the property consists of two dwellings - the original house (17a), which is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home as well the former shop (which was apparently a printer/painter) that has been converted into a 1 bedroom studio. The block has an approved DA (Development Application) to split it into 2 separate blocks, with the ability to build a new dwelling on the back block. The existing shed would be demolished, and an access easement would run up the right-hand side to provide access. In the meantime, you can collect $800 a week rent from the existing properties.
