Enjoy your winter breakfast in the sunshine, lunch in your private courtyard and watch the sun set behind Red Hill. This two-bedroom, two storey terrace style townhouse is one of only four in a tightly held boutique complex, surrounded by its own garden and across the road from parkland. It is only a two minute stroll to all the conveniences of the Red Hill shops boasting a great supermarket, butcher shop, newsagency and restaurant. It is an easy drive to Manuka, Barton and the City.
The living room on the first-floor features hardwood polished floors and timber venetian blinds leading to a renovated kitchen with plenty of cupboard space and Miele appliances. A timber staircase leads to two good size bedrooms (yes there's room for a queen and a double bed respectively) with more clever storage and lots of hanging space. The remodelled bathroom features a large shower, tastic light and modern vanity.
Located behind the courtyard setting is a large lawn for the residents of the development to enjoy. An extra bonus is the lock up garage and full-size laundry, once again offering plenty of storage - excellent cellar.
