6 Fuljames Street, Proserpine QLD 4800

Calling all renovators, builders and buyers with an eye for potential! This classic highset post-war home offers an exciting opportunity for those ready to roll up their sleeves and breathe new life into a property with plenty of character. This is not a home pretending to be something it isn't. It needs work, but for the right buyer, that's exactly where the opportunity lies. Restore its original character, undertake a substantial renovation or explore the possibilities the property presents and create something truly your own. Property features include: • Classic highset post-war home • Three bedrooms • Sunroom • One bathroom plus separate toilet • Tongue-and-groove internal walls through most areas • Timber flooring throughout • All ceilings already replaced • Original kitchen cabinetry • Mix of original and updated windows • Iron roof • Vinyl external cladding to the upper level • Front stairs replaced in recent years • Reticulated town water • Connected to town sewerage • Significant renovation and remedial works required • Storage area under house • Laundry under house For the renovator who can see beyond what is here today and imagine what could be here tomorrow, this could be a very rewarding project. 6 Fuljames Street is still standing after all of these years. It is a post war home that has been through many cyclones...includingthe two worst...Ada and Debbie. Yes, there is work to be done but it's nothing that was caused by a cyclone. What a way to enter the market. Hardwood framed with timber walls and floors, this old girl has shown she can flex and hold. The sellers have done pest and building inspection reports and are well aware of what is involved. What she needs now is someone who will take her on...give her the love that she needs....and bring her back to her best. For more information or to organise an inspection please contact Lynne Erricker at Ray White Whitsunday on 0414 641 612.
